Urgent & Same-Day Mobile Repairs

Equipment down, a trailer that cannot be towed, a gate that will not secure — call and find out fast whether Tyler can get to it.

Most of this work is unplanned. Something breaks in the middle of a job, a trailer becomes unsafe to tow with a load already on it, a gate will not close on a site that has to be secured overnight. What you need in that hour is not a quote in three days — it is a straight answer about whether somebody can get to you.

Call or text with photos, the location and a short description. Tyler will tell you quickly whether he can help today, tomorrow, or not at all — and if it is not something he should be doing, he will say that too rather than string you along while the machine sits.

24/7 emergency welding service is available, subject to availability and dispatch. Call or text for availability. Routine fabrication and scheduled work are by appointment. Send photos for the fastest availability check.

What Actually Fails

The Problems This Solves

If you recognize your own broken thing in this list, you are in the right place.

Equipment down mid-job

A cracked bucket, a torn attachment mount or a failed weld that has stopped the work. Field repair is the fastest route back to running, because the machine never has to move.

A trailer that cannot safely be towed

A frame or tongue failure with a load already on it. This is one of the most common urgent calls and one of the most worth making rather than risking the drive.

Something unsafe on a property

A broken step, a handrail come loose, a gate that will not secure a site overnight. Small jobs, but the reason they are urgent is that somebody could get hurt.

A container or gate out of service

Where being down costs money by the day, getting it back into service is worth an out-of-sequence visit.

What’s Included

Scope of Work

  • Onsite assessment and repair where the schedule allows
  • Crack repair, cracked welds and failed brackets or mounts
  • Trailer frame, tongue and coupler-area repair
  • Equipment and attachment field repair
  • Temporary make-safe work where a full repair needs parts or more time
  • A straight answer, fast, either way

Not included: Emergency service is subject to availability and dispatch — the phone is answered around the clock, but no fixed response time is promised, and the answer depends on location, the repair and what is already on the calendar. Where a proper repair needs parts or more time than the situation allows, make-safe work may be the honest option, and that gets said plainly.

Questions

About Urgent Repairs

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

Yes. 24/7 emergency welding service is available, subject to availability and dispatch. Call or text for availability. Routine fabrication and scheduled work are by appointment. If you are broken down or stranded, call — you will get a real answer quickly.

How fast can you get to me?

That depends on where you are and what is already booked. Dickson County is fastest; Nashville, Clarksville, Franklin and Columbia are a drive. You will get a realistic window, not one that just sounds good on the phone.

What should I send to get the fastest answer?

Photos of the failure, the location, rough dimensions and what the item has to do. That is usually enough for Tyler to know whether it is a today job, a this-week job, or one that needs a proper look first.

What if it cannot be fully repaired today?

Sometimes the right answer is make-safe work now and a proper repair when the parts or the time exist. That will be explained rather than dressed up as a finished job — a repair that looks done and is not is worse than no repair.
