Dumpster & Roll-Off Container Repair
Floors, sides, rails, doors, gates, hinges, lids and frames — often repaired at your yard, so the box goes back into service instead of sitting.
A container out of service is not a repair problem, it is a revenue problem. Every day a box sits in the yard with a torn floor is a day it is not on a driveway earning. That is the whole reason this work is done on site wherever it can be.
For rental and waste fleets, damaged containers directly affect uptime and revenue. Set Apart Metal Works repairs container floors, sides, rails, frames, doors, gates, hinges, latches and lids for dumpster-rental companies, waste operators and the contractors who own their own boxes — and can repair multiple boxes during scheduled yard visits to reduce individual service calls and keep more equipment in service.
For fleet customers the useful arrangement is usually a route: a scheduled pass through the yard, several boxes at a time, rather than an emergency call every time one tears. Floors, hinges, doors, latches, cracks, rusted sections and structural damage all get handled in the same visit.
The Problems This Solves
If you recognize your own broken thing in this list, you are in the right place.
Floors torn through
The most common failure and the one that takes a box out of service fastest. Cut out the failed section, weld in a patch panel, and reinforce where the wear pattern says the next one is coming.
Doors, hinges and latches
Rear doors that sag, hinges bent by being dragged, latches that no longer line up. The frame usually needs straightening before the hardware will sit square.
Rails and top edges
Cracked welds along the top rail from repeated loading and impact.
Corners and frame members
Deformed corners from being dropped, dragged and loaded off-center. Reinforcement at the corner is what stops the same damage recurring.
Sides split and holed
Patch panels welded in, with attention to where the split started rather than only where it ended.

About Dumpster & Roll-Off Repair
Can you repair containers at our yard?
Yes, and for fleet work that is normally the point. Repairing on site means the box never leaves, which is usually the difference between it being back in service tomorrow and next week.
Do you work with dumpster-rental companies on a regular basis?
That is exactly the kind of repeat work Set Apart Metal Works is set up for. Several boxes in one visit is more efficient for everyone than a call-out per failure.
How long does a floor patch take?
It depends on how much of the floor has gone and what the surrounding metal looks like once it is cleaned back. Send photos and Tyler can usually give you a realistic window before he arrives.
Can you reinforce a box that keeps failing in the same place?
Yes, and that is normally the right conversation. If a container fails in the same spot repeatedly, the fix is changing how the load is carried there, not welding the same seam a fourth time.
