An aluminum jon boat from behind with a Mercury 40 outboard, new welded aluminum flotation pods on both sides of the transom, under a bimini top on a grass lot. — Boat & Marine
Flotation Pod Installation
Problem: Flotation pods needed fitting to a transom that had bowed out of true.
Solution: Managed the fit-up and gaps against the real transom shape rather than forcing the pods to a flat plane. 5356 filler where appropriate.
